Your privacy is protected at all times. We work in accordance with the GDPR.

Should you contact Wonderboom via the contact form on the website or email, we will keep your email address in the email program, on a secure computer with up-to-date software. Data that you provide to us via an information request or e-mail will only be used and stored for the processing of the request or response.

In order to carry out our practices properly, it is necessary that a file is created. Your file contains your personal data, notes about your health status and information about the treatment performed.

We work according to shared professional confidentiality where we consult within our team, but we also anonymize this as much as possible.
The data from the file can also be used:
to inform other healthcare providers (with your explicit permission)
to keep the client informed,
to provide the client with practical information and useful material in the context of his/her therapy,
to arrange or reschedule appointments,
for drawing up an invoice and/or my financial administration. Only a fraction of the data from your file is used for financial administration.

 

This data is processed digitally and/or on paper and stored in a filing cabinet that can be locked, and/or on a secure computer with up-to-date software, so that unauthorized persons do not have access to this data.

 

Your data will not be kept longer than the strictly necessary retention period.

 

In a processing agreement with the hosting company  behind WONDERBOOM.EU, it has been established that only data that is necessary for the correct execution of the agreement between the hosting company and WONDERBOOM.EU is processed. The information will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was obtained (hosting the website and e-mail), even if it has been put in such a form that it cannot be traced back to those involved.
